Hover over Google Maps (map or satellite) or OpenStreetMap anywhere in the United States and a small card shows the value at your cursor: land per square foot and per acre, home values and build cost, or monthly rents and yields. Hold Shift to pin the card, switch between land, home and rent, and open the full report with the ZIP code.
Download the extension (.zip)chrome://extensions and switch on Developer mode (top right).Turn it on or off from the toolbar icon or with Alt+Shift+V. The toolbar popup also values any coordinates or map link you paste.
The extension reads the map position from the page address and your cursor position on the map, and works out the value on your own computer from the US Land Value Book's public data files, which it downloads from valued.buildocrat.store. It sends nothing about you, your browsing or your location anywhere, stores only your on/off and tab choice, and runs only on Google Maps and OpenStreetMap.
Values are indicative figures for screening and negotiation, not an appraisal.
